Analyst Release Information

Version 4.01 released 08 October 2004

Revision V released 17 March 2011

Analyst 4.01 is available in Standard and Professional editions. The Standard edition allows for needs of a recreational diver. The Professional edition adds features for the more advanced diver. Analyst 4.01 is capable of checking with Cochran for edition updates and automatically updating the current edition. This version of Analyst features an automated registration/activation when the P.C. is connected to the internet.

Revision "V" only supports USB protocols and address the registration/activation anomaly that existed in revision"U".

Dan Export files for Diver Exploration are Level 3.

Analyst 4.01 supports the Cochran Commander, Commander EMC-16, Commander EMC-20H, the Cochran Gemini, EMC-14, EMC-16, EMC-20H and all Navy DIve Computers. It does not support the Nemesis series or the Commander Plus, Commander Nitrox and the Gemini Plus. Additional features that are, or soon will be available in the Professional edition are:

    Analyst 3.08 supports RS-232 serial port protocals and is not certified to run on personal computers running Xp, Vista and Windows 7.
